What size am I?

If you don't know your size, don't worry! Contact us via email (info@alannashop.com) and we will help you find your perfect size.

  • Do you restock "Out of stock" items?

It usually takes us a few days to restock our sold out products. If you want to know if we will bring something back or not just contact us. You'll be the first to know when it's back in stock :-)

  • I would like to receive special offers, discounts and don't miss any of your collections, what can I do?

  • Whoops! You've sent me a wrong/damaged item, what should I do?

We’re really-really sorry about that, something must’ve gone wrong! Just contact us as soon as possible and we will solve the problem.

  • I just made an order and I did not receive a confirmation email, What should I do?

First of all, make sure you typed your email correctly. If you did, then go to your email junk box and look if the email is there. If not just send us an email with your info and we will solve the problem :-)

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Why is my card not accepted?

Make sure you typed all the info correctly and check the expiration date. Remember that some cards don't accept online payments and some have a spending limit that (once you reach it, it doesn't allow you to make more purchases). If you have any doubt just contact us (info@alannashop.com).
