PORTUGAL:

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund products within 15 days after you receive your order. Send us an email (info@alannashop.com) and let us know that you want to make a return. Please let us know your shipping address so we can pick up the package. 
- Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged.
- The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received with labels and tags still attached. Don't forget to include the invoice of your order, you will not need a shipping lable.
- Return will be at the buyers expense (3,95€) and is not refundable unless the returned item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.
- Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The shipping costs of your order are not refundable.
- If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
- We can only offer an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
- If you want to exchange an item for a different size, you will have to return the item as described above and make another order.
